Today the technician David Baker greeted me at the front door with a very warm smile and pleasant personality, and eager to review our needs. Listened very carefully communicated what we said explain the options that we had no pressure whatsoever about doing anything. This is the second time I’ve had David do work for us. He installed a toilet in our hallway bathroom and the service was beyond reproach. Excellent at what he does communicates well kind, and considerate. They put in our kitchen sink and did it again with high professionalism On top of all of that, not only was he efficient but extremely quiet and installed a toilet into our main bathroom will definitely be using David services in the future. I highly recommend not only David but their company.

Nice fellow. Explains everything. Pricey, but that’s not his fault, he has guidelines to follow. Leaves everything clean and good advice when asked, 100% trustworthy. Sure, I can shop around for a better price but that takes time and I like having the same person come ; it makes me feel more comfortable.

Had David come out for multiple phases of a home remodel and couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work and his professionalism throughout the entire process. Will be sure to use Allen Service & David for any future plumbing needs.

Allen Service was great, very professional, they responded quickly to my request, and the project was completed quickly. I had my water heater rust out and got a new one put in the same day I called in.

Did an air conditioning check-up with Brady Murr-Andrews and the work done was very thorough and informative. I will have no hesitancy to contact him in the future for air conditioner repair or any other repair. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Also A. J. Lowery is currently installing our Generac generator and worked with getting a weld county permit and he been very good at getting this done and at a reasonable cost. Appreciate the work he has done for us.

Nathan was absolutely terrific. He came to our house on short notice when our water heater began leaking. He patiently explained various options and helped us make a good decision for replacing our old water heater. He was very professional and courteous, and we appreciated the care and attention he gave to keeping things neat and clean. Definitely recommend Allen Service and Nathan specifically.

Cortney was extremely personable and thorough during our routine furnace inspection. She took the extra time to look deep into our furnace to make sure everything was working appropriately. By taking the extra time she discovered a major issue within our furnace system that was compromising our safety. She promptly got to work shutting down our system, checking on our warranty and figuring out the best and most cost effective approach toward replacing the furnace components. Everything was replaced within 24 hours and back in working order. Communication and service were 6 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Love Allen Service. Today I had Shane as my HVAC service man and he was kind, professional, as well as very knowledgeable about my furnace system. He did a great job, left the area super clean, explained everything perfectly and was super fast. Allen Service is the best. Highly recommend Allen Service. I should mention they also recently saved me when I had a major plumbing emergency?😀
